Vancouver,BC, Aug. 13, 2010 – After collaborating to implement Infant Security and Patient Protection systems in several healthcare facilities, SimplexGrinnell and HID have executed a Distribution Agreement that formally provides SimplexGrinnell access to HID’s products and solutions for deployment in hospitals. HID’s leading edge Active RFID platform offers the smallest tags in the industry, and is designed to support multiple applications for tracking, locating and protecting people and assets on a single backbone.
